@O2 that’s another fine mess o2 has got themself in. Still no response from the fraud team after 6 chases and supposed escalation. Even their complaint review email doesn’t meet their deadlines. Any chance @o2 pull their fingers out and do something about fraud @CommsOmbudsman

@o2 why do you think it is unreasonable to investigate a fraudulent account opened in my name or take action to investigate my complaint within your set timescale but think it is reasonable to continue collection of funds and court action against me when it is fraud!
