@Hermesparcels why can I not locate the parcel I sent out last month, it’s not got to the customer and says you wanted a new address, I gave one and it’s not got there. What’s happening??? Online and via the phone help I am told il have someone call me, I paid full cover??????

This isn’t my fault - waited all day for a Saturday delivery instead of working and customer service just said they couldn’t help asked to speak to a manager and they put the phone down on me! Really
