He dedicated an enormous amount time to ensuring every pupil felt valued and inspired at every school he was a part of.

@BarryNSmith79 There are efficiency issues with group/paired, but there are also opportunities for things such as paired feedback etc. Early years children also need the recycling/repetition of language etc which is going to be within paired/grouped activities - ideally with an adult to support

School staff car parks are empty until 7:30am and empty again after 4:30pm.

As long as colleagues are giving children the very best of themselves during the working day, using their PPA time effectively and delivering high-quality teaching and support...

Many school staff are parents and carers themselves. Professionalism shouldn't be measured by how long someone's car is parked at school.

There needs to be a level of trust and flexibility that allows staff to manage the admin side of their role in a way that works around their own family commitments and wellbeing.

Judge impact, not hours spent in a car park!
