@AmazonHelp our account was hacked many weeks ago. We’ve called Amazon Support about six times. Many of them said they fixed it, but they didn’t. Is there someone we can talk to who can actually fix this problem? I would think that Amazon would want to keep us as customers.

Bought tickets for Wicked but was looking at the wrong month. Contacted @TMFanSupport immediately after the purchase to say we made a mistake and still want to get tickets for the correct month (June) but @Ticketmaster is saying too bad. Is that really how you all operate?

What’s up w/ plummeting quality ⁦@ChipotleTweets⁩ ? Went to 2 different Chipotles in Buffalo tonight. First didn’t have black beans, second one did but had no peppers. Also got inedible avocado chunks, plus avocado skin, pit chunks, and stem in our food. Plus burned chips.

Total bait and switch from @Delta 0ur 12-year-old just flew by self for first time. When bought ticket they said had to pay an extra $150 for unaccompanied minor even though it was direct flight. Now they’re trying to charge another $150 for him to return home! #HighwayRobbery

No @Delta employee had to do any extra work for the $300 they robbed us of to help our 12-year-old fly by himself. He is perfectly capable of getting to gate himself but family is escorting him up on both ends. No connection either. Sleazy @Delta
