These people are abusing and stealing from millions of our seniors, people’s mother and father and grand mothers and grand fathers, everyday. They use to call my mom 20 times a day, every 15 mins. To hell with them. Unfortunately I think the corruption goes high, but thanks for fighting back.

family member getting a call every 15 min from morning until 8pm or so. 20+ calls a day. Had to silence unknown callers.
Why does this occur daily to millions of elderly. My only thought is follow the money. There are people at the top, maybe in the FCC, that profit from this tsunami of scamming
@Jason This is mania or drug use. Rapid talking. Tired appearance. Vacillating between ideas. “The state will own it. Oh own isn’t the right idea.” Etc.

This is like going to work for a new company and seeing their CMS is running inside an access application built on a awl database with minor schema tweaks for the last 15 years. The business doesn’t really care because it gets the job done. Yes there’s something satisfying about writing a clear concise filter map reduce in a semi functional language like dotnet or JavaScript, but when the LLM is spitting out foreach loops and the feature is done who really cares. Certainly not the manager.
