While our attention may be focused on geopolitical events in Washington and Kiev, the Mercosur trade agreement continues to create debate and division in countries across the EU.

The time for a pan-European debate on the potential implications of the Mercosur trade agreement is now! This week in Strasbourg, I will host a non-partisan information event on the trade deal - with cross party and cross group contributions, and we will launch the #NoToMercosur Brochure. Despite Russia's massive vote rigging attempts in Moldova in which even Facebook, Instagram and Telegram were forced to intervene to dismantle Russian disinformatiion operations, vote buying, fake AI video campaigns and millions spent, it wasnt quite enough.
