Honored to be invited by @Dpol_un and @RF_OSCE to speak at an important roundtable about the militarization of Europe and threats to peace and regional security.
LISTEN: Jacob Rockwell was fined for running a red light in Pensacola, Florida.
Only thing is Jacob wasn’t in Florida, he was in Alabama.
He sounded off at a local city meeting recently and his concerns go beyond just one citation.
🇺🇦🇷🇺 23 June 2024: A sunny Sunday in Sevastopol turned into nightmare as Ukraine fired US-supplied ATACMS cluster munition at public beach
At least five people, including three children, were killed and more than 120 were injured when debris and shrapnel scattered across a crowded beach
Among those killed was a 2-year-old Lisa Kirnos
Nobody has been held accountable for this attack
Okinawan anti-war protesters shouted at PM Takaichi when she tried to give a war memorial speech:
"Protect Article 9!"
"Oppose War!"
"Apologize to the 240,000 (Okinawan war dead)!"
The government muted the first 40 seconds of the video it uploaded.
It should also be remembered that the greater geostrategic aim of provoking this war is balkanization of Russia and Europe, preventing Ukraine from being used as a bridge between the east and west, and increasing the dependency of Europe on the US.
🇺🇸🇺🇦🇷🇺 US-Ukrainian Drone Campaign Targeting Crimea
▪️US directed drone strikes on Russia include specifically a campaign targeting Crimea including logistics to the peninsula - highways, ferries, and bridges, but also fuel storage and transport;
▪️This has triggered a fuel crisis for the civilian population but will have no direct impact on Russian military operations along the rest of the line of contact;
▪️The primary purpose of punishing the civilian population of Crimea is to force Russia to divert military resources there to alleviate the crisis and thus spread Russian forces thin elsewhere;
▪️No matter how bad the crisis becomes for civilians in Crimea, Ukraine lacks the manpower to actually take any of the territory it is attacking;
▪️In addition to diverting resources to Crimea, the campaign feeds into the larger propaganda campaign US-enabled/directed drone strikes across all of Russia are committed to;
▪️In all, it will slow Russian forces down and raise the cost further for Russia regarding the entire war, but it will not change the ultimate outcome at this point;
▪️It should be remembered that proxy war with Russia in Ukraine was a 2019 RAND Corporation "Extending Russia" policy option designed specifically to create tremendous costs for Russia, not necessarily defeat Russia - in this sense - the constantly rising cost of the war for Russia is a strategic US success unless Russia is able to emerge both victorious and strategically stronger;
Mainstream economics theory tells us that a weak currency boosts exports...but at least in the case of Japan the opposite is true. In fact, it has been true for 54 years...

US-Iran Peace Talks Fail.
The US delegation, led by JD Vance, entered the meeting arena first. This was strange, because the party that claims to be the upper hand typically arrives last.
Shortly after, the Iranian delegation arrived. They greeted the mediator, Pakistani PM Shehbaz Sharif, but informed him that they refused to negotiate due to recent threats issued by Trump. They didn't meet Vance and then abruptly left.
A panicked Sharif frantically requested his boss, "Field Marshal" Munir, to intervene, but Munir also appeared helpless. Watching from a distance, Vance approached and asked what had happened. A shaken Sharif and Munir apologetically explained the situation to him.
🚨🇺🇦Ukrainians and their Colombian mercenaries are killing each other!
Brutal footage shows a clash between Ukrainians and Colombian mercenaries, where a Columbian national was killed.
How will Zelensky explain this to the Colombian narco cartels?
Yet another absolutely perfect example of how Western leaders don't understand China at all, and how that's ultimately detrimental... to them.
The "Plaza Accord" is pretty much universally seen in China as the textbook case of Western economic imperialism - the moment America weaponized currency policy to kneecap Japan. And, case in point, it's widely seen as the trigger for Japan's so-called "lost decades."
Plus there's of course the profound idiocy of telling the Chinese you want to treat them like the Japanese...
Explicitly saying that's your objective is just about the single best thing you can say to rally all of China against whatever it is you're proposing.
