@Zyrokai @travis_robert @MORPC Also, if money is your issue, using high speed rail is (so far) a poor argument. The proposed Pitt to Chicago hyperloop line is less than half of the expected cost of phase 1 of the Cali High Speed Rail, at a similar distance, not to mention much slower.
