@nhcollection you have to ring the hotel directly to manage a booking? It’s 2024 and #nhcollection can’t manage a booking online or via a call centre! Poor is an understatement

@nhcollection “manage bookings” doesn’t recognise Dubai, the palm or the hotel name for Dubai so bookings can’t be managed online? Anyway to sort this?
