What we are seeing in the Democratic Party right now is what we should have seen happen in the Republican Party at least five years ago.

@darreldrowland There is a soft bigotry of low expectations at work here. Too many in the media quietly accept that the Republican Party is a anti-democratic dumpster fire and that we cannot expect more from them.

The aptly named Alvin Bragg picked his defendant and campaigned on prosecuting him—disreputable and unethical conduct that tarnished the justice system.
