@Indicfederr0d Eventhough if the FSI is increased you can except few floors extra with less no of land avlb in core city. To get those picture of city view with huge no of towers and building cluster chennai need to create an new city or township near their IT hub focusing only on skyline.

@Indicfederr0d worked thr 4yrs.8 hrs work +8 hrs sleep +1hr gym +meal time 2 hrs + remaining is ofz travelling time that made me quit job and start my own business in & around chennai I'm enjoying now. I'm getting more time to spend for myself. Still I go & enjoy thr but I won't work thr again.
