@HarryScoffin Has any Leaseholders had to buy a new Electrical Meters for their apartment. Our meters are about to change and it’s costing all our Leaseholders £1054 each to buy them. I spoke to Lease. Org and they said it’s classed as an improvement so we all had to pay the £376, 000 bill;

Yes the scandal is with us still and the CMA have shamed the likes of Countryside Developers who have been recently been overtaken. The problem with the CMC is that many flats were sold with their own car parking spaces who have doubling ground rent also.
