Some deeply tragic news this evening.
We are heartbroken to share that another parent has lost their life over the festive period.
Following years of relentless injustice within the family court system and repeated failures by statutory authorities, he just couldn’t take any more.
This father spent nearly a decade fighting simply to remain part of his children’s lives.
Throughout that time, he faced a continuous stream of allegations, many serious in nature.
They were investigated and ultimately dismissed as unfounded.
During the separation, he lost his family home and the financial stability he had worked for over many years.
Determined not to abandon his children, he continued to fund lengthy and repeated court proceedings alone.
Legal fees mounted, savings were exhausted, and he fell into significant debt simply to keep showing up and asking to be heard.
Despite the court repeatedly confirming there were no safeguarding concerns, contact was continually disrupted.
Orders designed to protect the children’s relationship with their father were ignored, delayed, or undermined, with little more than verbal criticism issued in response.
Each breach forced him back into court.
Each hearing carried further financial and emotional cost.
Nothing meaningfully changed.
At one point, the other parent acknowledged exaggerating claims in order to restrict contact.
Even then, the system failed to intervene in any decisive way.
In an effort to stay present in his children’s lives, the father reorganised everything, changing employment, relocating away from his support network, and living with ongoing financial insecurity.
All of this, simply to remain nearby and available.
Still, contact was blocked, reduced, or cancelled.
Multiple agencies became involved over the years.
Reports were written.
Assessments were completed.
Professionals consistently confirmed the children were safe and that a relationship with their father was important and beneficial.
Yet no one stopped the ongoing pattern of obstruction.
After years of hearings, reviews, and appeals, the father sought help from the police, submitting detailed evidence of harassment and persistent interference.
Despite the prolonged and documented nature of the behaviour, he was told it was “a family matter” and advised to stop pursuing it.
A parent who followed every instruction, respected every process, and sacrificed his home, his finances, and his wellbeing for his children was left without protection, support, or hope.
The system wore him down.
He is now gone.
His children have lost a loving parent, not because he failed them, but because the systems meant to protect families failed to act.
This sad loss was entirely preventable.
We will continue to speak out until parental alienation is recognised, court orders are enforced, and no more parents are destroyed by a system that refuses to intervene.
RIP 💔♻️
Family courts. Since talking about it, I have been inundated with messages from parents who have been entirely and unfairly cut out of their children's lives - overwhelmingly fathers. It's honestly very difficult to read some of these stories.
Paying tens of thousands of pounds to fight it in court. Waiting months with no access to the child. Having the mother use the children to alienate the father, turning them against him.
Countless men have been utterly broken by this - emotionally and financially.
It's not always dads on the receiving end, but it does seem to be primarily men who are suffering. And of course, there are cases where action is proportionate. But clearly the system is not working as intended.
I've been pushing for answers in Parliament, but there seems to be very little appetite from the Ministry of Justice to engage in meaningful change.
I read these stories, and it's just horrific.
Good, decent men who have been cut out of their children's lives. For no reason. Years gone by with no contact.
Often falsely accused, and they have their names dragged through the mud - the process is the punishment and they have their son/daughter taken away from them because of it.
I am very much of the view that a child needs their father, and I don't believe the courts should be weaponised by malicious parents to keep them apart.
The system needs a radical overhaul, giving decent fathers a much bigger say.

Evidently, Britain’s family court system discriminates against men, and we need to start talking about it.
Thousands of loving fathers are being pushed out of their children’s lives - not because they are unfit, not because they have done anything wrong, but because the system is built on outdated and inaccurate assumptions.
If a relationship breaks down, the default assumption of the family courts is still overwhelmingly that mum is the primary parent and dad is a visitor - someone to be slotted in every other weekend, maybe a Wednesday evening if he’s lucky. I get so many messages about it, from depressed and angry fathers. It's grim.
How is that in the best interests of the child? It’s not. A child needs his/her dad.
Fathers are waiting months to get a hearing, with false allegations wiping a dad out of the child’s life entirely. Contact reduced based on somebody’s word, often from an ex-partner where clearly emotions are running high. Is that fair? I think not.
It costs a FORTUNE. So what, a father can see his son or daughter? Tens of thousands of pounds, fighting for access. I can only imagine what these men are going through. It’s horrific.
The entire system is built on the idea that fathers are less essential.
I passionately disagree. Children need their fathers.
None of this is anti-woman, and of course there are men (as there are women) who should not be in their children’s lives - but the system has massively overcompensated and thousands of decent dads are suffering because of it.
Good fathers are being treated like criminals or inconveniences, often bled financially dry when there is not even proper contact with the child.
The system needs an overhaul. I am pushing for change in Parliament.
Cabbies be aware we have a serial bilker who has been prolific recently. Ive seen several posts on various groups for various fares . Some as much as 70 quid 👀👀
Just completed and passed the Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Domestic Abuse (603/7168/7).
I’ll be honest — a lot of the content was heavily gender-loaded, written with the assumption that victims are female and perpetrators are male. As a male survivor, it’s a weird experience learning from materials that barely recognise your existence… but I pushed through it anyway and after contacting the course providers, they are looking to update their dated literature.
Why?
Because knowledge is power — and every qualification I gain helps me push back against the systems that failed me, ignored me, or treated my experiences as “less believable” purely because I’m a man.
I’ll be moving on to more courses, higher levels, and deeper training so I can challenge the bias, expose the inequality, and fight harder for male victims who are still being dismissed.
Male survivors deserve support.
And the system needs to catch up.

The Daily Mail are currently refusing to take down an article wrongly attributing sexual assaults committed in PH vehicles to ‘London Cabbies’

The two messages I receive most from my followers are, ‘who are some good male role models for boys?’
And then, messages from dads who are desperate to see, or spend more time with their sons.
It’s hard to ignore that those two problems, solve one another.
Dear friends
It was a great privilege to see our beautiful Erin today and to see such a radiant light still shining brightly from her eyes.
She thanks you all for your wonderful messages of love and gratitude detailing what she has meant to each one of you personally and for the causes you represent.
It took us a while to get through them 🌺
This lovely wave is for you and she wants you to know your message means the world to her.
Please keep praying 🙏
Men aren’t afraid of commitment...They’re afraid of court.
Because love isn’t what scares modern men.
It’s the laws, the bias, and the financial landmines they know are waiting if that love goes wrong.

Theres a cruel irony here. The abusive psychopath or malignant narcissist’s calm, charming, or self-assured demeanor is a kind of social camouflage: it signals “normalcy” or even “trustworthiness” to outsiders, while the victim’s anxiety, hypervigilance, or seemingly erratic behavior is misread as instability or overreaction. This is exactly why survivors of long-term narcissistic or psychopathic abuse are often not believed, even when the abuse is severe and ongoing.
The very behaviors that are a direct result of being abused—hyperarousal, avoidance, anxiety, difficulty asserting oneself—become the “evidence” that outsiders use to doubt the victim, while the behavior that is a result of the abuser’s shameless persona and lack of remorse reinforces the perception of credibility. It’s almost as if the social system is set up to reward the psychopath and punish the victim for the natural consequences of the abuse.
It also highlights why trauma-informed perspectives are so important. Someone familiar with complex PTSD would recognize that nervous, anxious, or hypervigilant behavior in the victim is not a character flaw or a sign of deception—it’s a survival response to sustained abuse. Meanwhile, the abuser’s confident, charming, or composed exterior is not evidence of morality or reliability—it’s often the exact opposite
