Why is it when I travel with @GWRHelp there's always problems. Traveled on the 11.13 from NTA to Paddington but the driver had to shunt the train to Reading west. I had to alight that service onto another packed service on platform 10 at Reading. Complete joke

@GWRHelp I will however be raising an issue with this as to why journey planners say it was running but nothing was found up your end. There must be a glitch somewhere as I know it didn't depart from Liskeard

@nationalrailenq @GWRHelp They're saying it's departed but I arrived from Looe at 16.14 and wasn't showing on the departure board. Why was the journey planner stating this was running

@GWRHelp That's strange. I arrived from Looe minutes before 16.19 but the next avaliable train from Liskeard is 16.42 which is currently delayed 2 mins

@GWRHelp Good morning. Currently on the 9.07 Newton Abbot to Liskeard and have reserved seats for myself and brother. Thankfully, it's not all that busy but going back to London on Monday. My brother is special needs and we need a seat. Is there a problem with the reservation system?

@AvantiWestCoast @_thisisscotland Spot the difference. Exactly the same train but cheaper to go further. Doesn't make any sense. As Advanti mentioned though, no break of journey but how does the booking system make a 3 hour journey so expensive
