@peacock@NBCSports Truly terrible coverage of the #indy500 so many commercials I feel I’ve seen more ads than laps - the greatest spectacle in racing deserves better
@peacock and @NBCSports coverage of the #Indy500 is legendarily bad. So many commercials and we’re barely 21 laps in - I feel like I’ve missed half the race! Truly terrible coverage of the greatest spectacle in racing @IndyCar
“VICE went woke”, “VICE used to be edgy”: Here are just a few of the reports I worked on in the past few years (including this year). In no particular order:
NEW: Starbucks founder Howard Schultz had a meltdown when questioned by the Senate about union-busting. Then he sought revenge.
Multiple workers were fired, including the founder of @SBWorkersUnited. The company also disciplined workers who dared to speak to Schultz in public.
It’s unbelievable that this has to be said but there is no requirement that a rape victim scream or call out for help or call the police right after the assault.
I do not understand why it is so difficult for some people to understand that you cannot disentangle Tucker’s so-called populism from his expressed belief that the state must preserve the integrity of the white race.
NY prosecutors right now are lobbying to severely limit “discovery reform.” A law simply requiring prosecutors to turn over all evidence to defense or risk dismissal. Their gripe: It’s too much work to collect, copy, & send it all to the defense. Consequences aren’t fair. Really.
If you’ve heard about Fox News’ record-breaking settlement with Dominion Voting Systems over the network’s election fraud lies, you probably don’t depend on the right-wing propaganda outlet for your information.

BREAKING: The Iowa Senate passed a child labor law before dawn today.
The bill lets 14-year-olds work 6-hour night shifts, 15-year-olds work on assembly lines, and 16- and 17-year-olds serve alcohol.
The Senate went through the night, and voted on child labor at 4:52 a.m.
interesting to note that clarence thomas is a stickler for administrative procedure when it comes to whether you’re allowed to challenge the state’s decision to kill you https://t.co/Vq3xOHajWC
So, to be clear: Clarence Thomas, an originalist who says the plain text meaning of the constitution should guide policy making, and who’s role it is to interpret that meaning in a way that has seismic effect, is defending himself by saying he misinterpreted the disclosure forms?
