We took it because they said they could see it whereas dealers in our area turned us away. So 10 hours from home, car won’t start, need to get it towed. It’s been at a dealer 10 hours away since January 3rd… we’ve been paying for a car that is a safety hazard.

Took out GC 4xe to a dealer for the 68c recall who had it for a week & never looked at it. Went out of town took it to another one who ran the tests & ultimately killed the battery while we were on vacation & didnt tell us this would happen. So our car died while we were away

Haven’t posted in years but @StellantisNA @Jeep @Chrysler whoever you are… this has been the most insane experience of a lifetime. We have called 3958749 times, asked to speak to a manger to get hung up on and told they’re not available. We call EVERY SINGLE NUMBER with no luck.
