@Jeep As expected @Jeep@StellantisNA publically tell you they want to help and then tell you to refer to the case manager. Now this message is a straight up contradiction to what was sent via email by my case manager
UPDATE @StellantisNA@Jeep since ya’ll want me to talk to my “case manager” the white email is the original email we got. NEVER did we get told you “changed the policy” so we continued renting thinking we were covered. Then you changed policy WITHOUT NOTICE!!
@Jeep Last time I private messaged you, you told me to talk to my account manager. So are you just responding publicly to look good and then privately you’re just gonna tell me to talk to my account manager??
@MSavage95@StellantisNA@Stellantis There actually is! I’m really pissed about the taxes too. In VA we have to pay personal property tax for cars. They registered our car with in the city when we live in the county (more taxes) & keep charging us for taxes but they “lost” the check even though it’s cashed. Insane.
@RachelEhresman@Jeep@JeepCares@Stellantis YEP! We finally got our battery replaced but our jeep died 10 hours from home while we were on vacation. It wouldn’t start. Now @Jeep case manager is saying they won’t cover the rental they told us they would cover! We are out THOUSANDS of dollars!
@christoph_bene@Jeep SAME ours finally got replaced and they told us they would cover a rental for $60 a day including tax and now they won’t cover it!!!! It’s not our fault there was a SAFETY RECALL and our car stopped working! We were paying for the lease while we couldn’t use it!
@Jeep@Jeep@StellantisNA we have asked for a supervisor for 2 months. Our case manager said they won’t be providing any additional reimbursement that’s who started this mess with the reimbursement in the first place.
Haven’t posted in years but @StellantisNA@Jeep@Chrysler whoever you are… this has been the most insane experience of a lifetime. We have called 3958749 times, asked to speak to a manger to get hung up on and told they’re not available. We call EVERY SINGLE NUMBER with no luck.

Got the last one & returned that one. Sent all the invoices to @StellantisNA@Jeep and now they are picking & choosing what coverage they’ll provide? For one invoice it’s the full rental fee but only 50% of taxes. For another it’s only $25/day instead of $60… make it make sense
STILL WAITING ON @StellantisNA@Jeep “case manager” & supervisor to contact us. Had to have 3 different rental cars since the jeep died from the software update done on the battery for the recall & was at the dealer from Jan 4 - Mar 4 but now they won’t cover the rental.
We needed to get a car in NY to drive 10 hours home, one way fee charged but we had to return it because it was outside of the allowed coverage amount of $60/day (including fees). Then got another but got frozen inside our home because of the ice storm so late return fee.
@Jeep@StellantisNA You cannot expect us to pay a lease for a car that was stuck in a dealership lot for 2 months because the battery died from a RECALL not because something happened and then also expect us to pay for a rental car. This is INSANE! @StellantisNA@Jeep
