ICE agents are invoking 18 U.S.C. §111 as a pretext to detain American citizens without charges for up to 48 hours, often leaving little to no paper trail. That’s not law enforcement, that’s intimidation. Here are several examples.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents in Chaska, Minnesota are threatening to arrest U.S. citizens… and they won’t even say what for.

In the video, an agent gets out of his vehicle, walks up to a car that is simply behind them, and says:

“One warning.”

The driver asks the obvious question… “For what? Parking?”

The agent refuses to answer. He just repeats, “This is your one warning. Next time you will get arrested.” And then he walks away.

No citation or explanation…

Just a federal agent issuing a vague arrest threat to a U.S. citizen who appears to be doing nothing illegal.

That’s not how law enforcement works.

If you’re going to detain someone, you need reasonable suspicion.
If you’re going to arrest someone, you need probable cause.
If you’re going to issue a warning, you should at least be able to articulate what law is supposedly being violated.

Instead, this was a pure intimidation tactic… a government agent leveraging the threat of jail without naming a single offense.

Threatening arrest without lawful basis is not “just a warning.” It’s coercion. It’s retaliation. It’s an abuse of authority meant to scare people into compliance without ever having to justify the power they’re using.

And when federal agents feel comfortable telling citizens, “Next time you will get arrested,” while refusing to explain why… that’s a red flag for everyone.

Because if they don’t even have to pretend there’s a law being broken anymore… then what exactly is stopping them?

Video from Shakopee shows unmarked SUVs boxing in a driver on a Minnesota road, agents in tactical vests with POLICE patches surrounding his car like it is a crime scene.

He stays calm, says he is a U.S. citizen, gives his full name. They still hold him there, running databases while traffic hums past the shoulder salt lines.

This is not routine enforcement. It is federal power turning public roads into rolling checkpoints where presence becomes probable cause.

The Fourth Amendment is not a suggestion. Reasonable suspicion comes first, not after you have boxed someone in with unmarked trucks and hoped something turns up.

Minneapolis, MN — ICE and Border Patrol agents swarmed Roosevelt High School, with witnesses reporting agents used tear gas on students and staff and handcuffed at least two school employees. Despite clear video evidence, DHS claims no tear gas was used, as Minneapolis Public Schools canceled classes over ongoing ICE raids.

The reason this story is making headlines in the British press is because Lucy Harrison’s death is currently being investigated by Cheshire Coroner’s Court in England, where she lived. Last January, Lucy was shot dead by her father, Kris Harrison, at his home in Texas, but a grand jury in Collin County declined to indict him so no criminal case was brought. He has been walking around freely since.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are now breaking people’s skulls and faces during arrests, then lying about it, and Minneapolis hospital staff are calling out their bullshit.

ICE claims Alberto Castañeda Mondragón, 31, “purposefully ran headfirst into a brick wall” while handcuffed.

Except doctors and nurses at Hennepin County Medical Center say that is physically impossible.

He suffered at least eight skull fractures, was bleeding in multiple areas of his brain, and was suffering life-threatening injuries.

Multiple medical professionals reviewed his scans and injuries and all said the same thing, this did not come from a fall, or running into a wall.

One nurse said ICE’s explanation was “laughable, if there was something to laugh about.”

ICE’s story also kept changing.

At one point, an officer allegedly told hospital staff Castañeda Mondragón “got his (expletive) rocked.”

So which is it?

A brick wall… or federal agents beating a man into critical condition?

Castañeda Mondragón told hospital staff he was dragged and mistreated by federal agents before his condition rapidly deteriorated. Days later, he was minimally responsive, sedated, disoriented, with severe brain trauma.

And let’s clarify who this man is, since DHS always claims everyone is a criminal…

He entered the U.S. in 2022 with valid immigration documents. He then founded a construction company in Minnesota. He also had no criminal record.

He was racially profiled, beaten, and then held for hours before being taken to a hospital.

And while at the hospital, ICE officers remained at his bedside intimidating staff.

Hospital staff say ICE agents loiter on hospital grounds, ask patients and staff for proof of citizenship, and ignore hospital policies banning shackles and requiring warrants.

Nurses were so uncomfortable they were told to avoid certain bathrooms to reduce encounters with ICE.

Staff are now using encrypted messaging apps out of fear the government is monitoring them.

This is what a police state looks like, by the way.

And all this happened while DHS refused to answer questions, and ICE lied about the injuries.

A federal judge eventually ordered his release.

Now he’s out, with significant memory loss, unable to work, facing a long recovery, relying on coworkers for housing, while ICE shrugs and continues to brutalize and traffic innocent people.

And if you think this is an isolated incident, that’s the lie working exactly as intended.

ICE needs a warrant based upon probable cause signed by a neutral, impartial judge or magistrate under Article III to enter a person’s home. No executive branch edict or order from Trump or Noem can empower masked federal agents to override the Fourth Amendment.
