Both @McDonaldsUK and @UberEats uk should be ashamed! They have created a closed loop between their customer’s services where you can’t talk to a human being! Been waiting for a refund for 19 days and have no way of talking to any one to get my money back!
Disgusted at @bookingcom customer service! As soon as anyone answers the phone all I get is “it’s not our problem” and then get hung up on! After a very stressful time caused by them and their website to be treated like that takes the cake!!

@tweethue Yes tried all of the steps same as before and factory reset all of the bulbs. Alexa app finds all of the bulbs and just says that there is a problem
I am seriously annoyed wit @tweethue products! For the second time the bulbs will not work with Alexa! For the most expensive bulbs on the market you think you wouldn’t have this problem!
@tweethue All of the bulbs have been opened for pairing and Alexa can discover them but can not control them. I have deleted and reinstalled every thing and still the same the problem only started after the update. Even the hue bt app is struggling to connect to them.
