Just saw a news report that recommends 78 to 81 degrees at night! Personally, I like a cold room at night. Therefore, my bedroom thermostat is set at 63 degrees at bedtime. However, I do have geothermal HVAC at my house, so anyone who doesn’t like it can kiss my well rested ass.
