@BarronWheelbar1 @Uber@Uber_Support Not much help once driver has already skipped the toll road. I actually tipped the driver well - not their fault. Better question - why was the initial reaction from @uber to blame the driver? Why don’t they fix their app?

@uber if your driver is going to elect not to use toll roads because you don’t reimburse them, thus increasing my normal trip time by 30 minutes then I need to know that BEFORE I initiate a ride so I can cancel and request a different driver
