Ashutosh, till now I had restrained myself but let me unveil your conspiracy and sense of false pride.

When you were detained by Assam Police. We, Congress people helped to get CJP people out. Yet you categorically refused to have even a courtesy meeting with our Congress Leaders and Gaurav Sir.

You refused it because the Aam Aadmi Party asked you to not to. Kunki Chowdhury who was your Host in Guwahati, was on Election Campaign with AJP President Lurin Gogoi Da for a Congress Candidate in Nagaon. Even they had asked you to meet and discuss with Congress. Yet not once, you chose to engage with Congress or our students wing.

You asked us to stay out of it. And that it is a Aam Aadmi Party initiative.

So please stop your false charad. We know how you sidelined Neha Bora in the Jantar Mantar 1.0 protests and when even Left chose to engage with our Leader Rahul Gandhi Ji. You decided you will not engage under direct instructions of Arvind Kejriwal.

It is one thing to stand for student issues. Another thing to hijack a movement. Aam Aadmi Party is known for piggy riding and hijacking issues of others.

First with your sham show of India against Corruption with fraud Anna Hazare. Next when, Sonam Wangchuk Sir was on hunger strike, you guys were dormant until his police pick up. And when all students associations were protesting equivocally, you tried to make it all about CJP being an AAP Movement thereafter.

Let me remind you, CJP is a people's movement. It is not an Aam Aadmi Party intellectual property. CJI made a comment. Dipke made a joke. Students connected. We all came out in protest. CJP is neither Dipke or Your personal property. Neither it is Aam Aadmi Party outreach. Their is no ownership or proprietorship of CJP.

Let us keep it civil and issue centric. The cause is bigger than a political party. Stop using CJP to create a false relaunch of Arvind Kejriwal and make it all about yourself.

CJP is a decentralised movement. There is no one Supreme Leader or his hierarchy. We all are equals. That is why people support it.

Try to impose your ownership upon it. And see that the same occurs to those people that happened with Burger King Vijeta Dahiya.

ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆಯಂತೆಯೇ ಉರ್ದು ಕೂಡ ಅದನ್ನು ನುಡಿಯುವ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಭಾಷೆ, ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಉರ್ದು ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರ ಭಾಷೆಯೆಂದು ಮುದ್ರೆ ಒತ್ತಿದ್ದು 1994, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಉರ್ದು ವಾರ್ತೆ ವಿವಾದದ ಸಂಧರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ. INCಯ ವೀರಪ್ಪ ಮೊಯ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ನಡೆಸುವ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಪಕ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಆಂತರಿಕ ಜಗಳ & ಕೆಲವು ಸಾಂದರ್ಭಿಕ ಒತ್ತಡಗಳ ಕಾರಣ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಜನವಿರೋಧಿ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಗಳೆಂದು ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಅಲೆ ಜೋರಾಗಿತ್ತು. 1994ರ ನವೆಂಬರ್-ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಯುವುದಿತ್ತು, ಅಂತಹ ಸಂಧರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ DD ಚಂದನದ ಪ್ರೈಮ್ ಟೈಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉರ್ದು ವಾರ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಚುರ ಪಡಿಸುವ ದೂರ ದರ್ಶನದ ತೀರ್ಮಾನವು ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದಿತು, ಆದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೋಮು ಬಣ್ಣ ಬಳಿದು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಲಾಭ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಉರ್ದು ವಾರ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಬೆರಳೆಣಿಕೆಯ ಕೆಲವು ಕನ್ನಡ ಪರ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಕಟ್ಟರ್ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವವಾದಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಚಿದಾನಂದ ಮೂರ್ತಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಕನ್ನಡ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಬೆಂಬಲದ ಮುಂದುವೆರದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಹಲವು ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಬಿವಿಪಿ ಕೋಮು ಪ್ರಚೋದನಕಾರಿ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಕೂಗುತ್ತಾ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಎರಡೂ ಗುಂಪಿನ ಜನ ಗಲಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿದರು. ಅದುವರೆಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಉರ್ದು ಭಾಷೆಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಭೇದ ಭಾವ ಎಣಿಸದ ಕನ್ನಡ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯವಾದಿ ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಜನರ ತಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉರ್ದು ಭಾಷೆ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರ ಭಾಷೆಯೆಂದು ಕೋಮು ಬಣ್ಣ ಬಳಿಯಲಾಯಿತು. ಅಂದಿನ ಯಾವ ಕನ್ನಡ ವಿದ್ವಾಂಸರಾಗಲಿ, ಬುದ್ಧಿಜೀವಿಗಳಾಗಲಿ, ಪ್ರಗತಿಪರರಾಗಲಿ ಉರ್ದು ವಾರ್ತೆ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ. ಉರ್ದು ವಾರ್ತೆ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಎಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪ್ರೇರಿತ ಎಂಬುದಕ್ಕೆ ಅದರ ನಂತರ ಕೆಲವೇ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಅಸೆಂಬ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗುತ್ತವೆ. 1989ರ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇವಲ 4 ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ 40 ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳು; 24 ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದ JDS 115 ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು 178 ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳ ಭರ್ಜರಿ ಬಹುಮತ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದ INC ಕೇವಲ 34 ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆದು ಮೂರನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಯಿತು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಉರ್ದು ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರ ಭಾಷೆಯೆಂಬ ವಾದ ಕೇವಲ ಕೋಮುದ್ವೇಷಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪ್ರೇರಿತವೇ ಹೊರತು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹುರುಳಿಲ್ಲ.

If the videos accurately reflect his words, why has no FIR been registered?

Does having political/public influence and thousands of social-media followers mean the law is different?

If police can initiate rowdy-sheet/history-sheet or preventive proceedings against ordinary persons for serious criminal conduct, the same law must be applied equally when such statements are allegedly made publicly by a public figure.

I demand immediate verification of both videos, preservation of digital evidence, registration of FIR if a cognizable offence is disclosed, and examination of appropriate preventive action under law.

Nobody is above the law.
