@tomhouse Could you please articulate on the progress children should strive for on a year to year basis with pitching. E.g. I was taught to throw a curveball when I was 13 years old and no younger, because of the damage and bad form that would incur later on in my development.

@tomhouse Such great advise. My adoptive father always told me the best thing I could of done in high school was play basketball before baseball season. My pitching legs were already in shape, and it definitely made an impact in reaching my high 80’s/low 90’s…
