RiverBend hosted our 1st @TheFirstGreen@GCSAA event with 30 kids learning about golf course mgmt. A very rewarding experience to see the excitement and encourage the next generation about the industry. Thanks to @OntarioGSA and @TrevorMorvay for the support

Seeing the best amateurs in the province was cool. Seeing the team execute at a high level was even cooler. Hosting the @TheGolfOntario Women’s Amateur and Mid-Amateur is definitely a career highlight so far.
West Haven G&CC head golf super Joel Johnston says greens stimped at 11, sand added to (original) bunkers, just one full irrigation cycle '24 (lots of rain) Rene Muylaert design, 6,000 yds, par-72 @TheGolfOntario 109th Ontario Women's Am, Mid-Am
Amazing effort from our team on a difficult morning. The Ontario Women’s Amateur 3 days away, and last night we experienced 2 separate “Micro bursts” taking down several tree. Clean up is easier with a dedicated team.
Yesterday West Haven hosted the London District School Board Environmental Leadership Program.
It was exciting to teach the students about the positive environmental impact that golf courses make and possible careers in turf maintenance.
Looking forward to the 2025 class.
Really excited about these custom made benches for 2024, made from on site lumber. Reducing the amount of accessories = increased quality of accessories.
Thank you Owen for your dedication to West Haven over your 2 year internship.
Owen’s drive and passion for greenkeeping is unique.
His attention to detail is advanced.
Looking forward to what he will achieve.
