@CTilburyMakeup still not heard back from anyone regarding a next day delivery that I still havent got now 8 days and counting, evri or charlotte tilbury burying their head, such a shame!

@CTilburyMakeup absolutely love the products but the service is appalling, been waiting over a week now for delivery ( had next day delivery) and between Charlotte tilbury and Evri no one is giving me any answers, so poor.

@ted_baker regular customer if Ted Baker and accept time of year and strikes etc but I placed an order in 30th November and still havent had it, what is worse is that I've chased it twice and cannot get a response, very un Ted like, not impressed

@CTilburyMakeup why oh why do you use Evri for delivery, ordered last Wednesday and ordered over £200 as wanted next day... still havent had it! Love charlotte tilbury products but will seriously think again as service is rubbish !

@TUIUK Yet another deadline past and still no money, due to travel early April paid by direct debit, refund due by 1st June. I have been a very loyal customer to Tui over the years travelling long and short haul, huge question marks over ever using them again
