Wow @EE ! Good customer service you say? My father has called you twice to cancel his wife's contact after her sudden death. As it's in his name you are charging him £70 to cancel!? He has his own mobile with @bt_uk (your sister) so doesn't need another phone.
An all time low!!!

@sarahhop @EE I have also tweeted them after Dad's second call to them. Apparently as the contract is in his name he must still pay even though he has his own phone with @bt_uk who are their sister company. Absolutely awful customer service!

@AldiUK Had a bag of kale and a tray of chicken breasts which are in date but off. Tonight's chicken stank of rotten eggs and still in date til tomorrow. Not great to just be cheap if you have to chuck it away!
Real shame. Maybe time to try @LidlGB ??

@ring Had a ring doorbell 3 for 6 months and it's been brilliant. It's hardwired and up until a few weeks ago it's kept above 90%. Since then it keeps dropping. Still show charging & nothing changed but yesterday had to swap battery as down to 38%. Any ideas?

@forduk Hi, updated my sync 3 on Saturday via USB as WiFi was so slow. Update website says car up to date but car still trying to download update. Have stopped auto update and restarted but still trying to download. Any ideas? Thanks

@forduk Loving my new focus. Brilliant car and a joy to ride. Only downside is how out of date maps are on sync 3. System up to date but my house isn't on and Junction 23a of M1 still not updated. The app is up to date so when will the car follow? Would be the icing on the cake!
