John sees something happening in wealth management he’s never seen in 25 years.
Here's what stands out:
- Marketing is finally becoming end-to-end.
For the first time, firms can run the full lead lifecycle, find, score, route, schedule, and follow up, without stitching together endless point solutions.
- This changes who gets to compete.
Firms that never had the staff, scale, or budget to market effectively can now go direct-to-consumer for the first time.
- Big firms still benefit, but the advantage is shifting.
AI improves outcomes for everyone, but John believes the real leverage is moving to firms without massive marketing teams.
- Personalization is no longer limited by size.
What used to be a handful of segments can now be individualized, every prospect, their own segment.
- Speed has fundamentally changed.
