(3/3) The strategy of your helpdesk actually worked- say that it must have been the 2 pm game (even when the slip says 5 pm) and then wait for another part of my parlay to lose so it doesn't matter anymore. Absolute garbage customer service.

Your help desk says that even though the game listed was to be played at 5 and is still going on RIGHT NOW, that they actually took the score from the first game and counted it as the 5 pm game.

(1/3) There were two college baseball games played today- one scheduled for 5 pm CST and one added after to be played as a makeup at 2 pm CST.

@BetMGM Now other parts of this ticket could legit lose, but your strategy right now is to wait and make up excuses why the system was right and I was wrong, when it's clear that it was a doubleheader and you just missed it. This is absolute garbage and terrible service.

@LSU @LSUwbkb @LSUBasketball It's possible that my 9 year old daughter loves the PMAC more than any other place on earth. As a former student manager under Coach Brady years ago, this is life coming full circle. Any other ideas on how to inspire future Tigers like mine? #LSU
