@domhowson I don't think we need the wholesale changes of last year but totally agree about pace, athleticism. Also need more height - we are always smaller than other teams and our poor record on set pieces reflects this.
@RealJamesWoods Thankfully we have strict gun control which means we have a fraction of the gun crime you have and our homicide rate is way below yours. And you clearly have no idea what British society is like. Concentrate on sorting your own country out.
@MarkLovell27 So putting us on the market and ushering in a period of great uncertainty with new owners would help? I would agree the football isn't great at the moment but I think Nagle deserves a bit more respect from some Town supporters than he gets. And we are sixth...
@TerrierNigel "A two bit third choice bench warmer" for a player with 500 career appearances and who represented England at U21 level? Give the man some respect and give him a chance.
@MagsHighe A great shame but those of us who do renew will try and give the club the support it needs until the good times bring people back. And the good times will come again.
An embarrassing end to an embarrassing season. Our decline from Championship play-off team to this shambles in just three years is truly shameful. A big summer needed - and that means a major clear out. We also need a new manager quickly to start things moving. #htafc
Thank you Hoggy for 12 years of dedicated service. A beacon of professionalism in an age when loyalty to a club is often only skin deep. Best wishes for the next chapter, you will be missed. #htafc https://t.co/QRw2Nj3X9a
@TealeVroom@htafc Lost all their battles, totally disorganised, out muscled and out fought. One of the worst performances I have ever seen. Thoroughly embarrassed to be a Town fan tonight. First time I have left a game before the final whistle in 30 years.
I have watched #htafc for 62 years and I am really struggling to remember a performance as bad as today. Burton could easily have won by six and all credit to them. Our budget dwarfs theirs and yet they were miles better. What a shambles.
@Chris69793 A fair point. But inflation has changed things quite a bit since then and I think fans at most clubs would bite your hand off if you offered them 2015 prices which is basically what we are doing.
Just a bit of context in the #htafc season card debate. In 2015 the club charged Β£369 for the Kilner Bank, Β£399 for the Riverside lower tier and Β£499 for the upper tier. Bearing that in mind, new prices are not quite as "horrendous" as some would claim.
@kelvinstuttard Couldn't agree more. The day they changed the deadball rule and allowed players to tip-tap around the penalty area was the day football changed. Now everyone thinks there is only one way to play.
