But that isnโt an excuse to have bad customer service for other customers as well.

Our flight was diverted to LA within an hour of landing in San Diego. The flight crew told us that @Delta would reimburse ride share from LA to SD. Today they denied our claim for that reimbursement. Terrible way to treat customers particularly my wife who is 8-months pregnant
@_RenegadeTrades@Delta That part actually isnโt that uncommon. It is expensive - the tricky part is because there was an entire flight of people trying to do the same thing at the same time the cost doubled thanks to dynamic pricing - but whatever okay @Delta said theyโd cover it โฆ

You see these posts non stop because their customer service is that bad. You have to hit them from every angle.

@cosmosguys@Delta Our Dr cleared us. Airlines allow for travel up to 36 weeks. But this is a great reason why you shouldnโt because airlines like @Delta increasingly do not care about their customers. For F sake they dropped us off in a different city and said get yourself home
@KevinCarraher17@notUSN_Capt@Delta That curfew - is often ignored by the way and I know this because I live in the flight path and hear those planes landing every single night.
@KevinCarraher17@notUSN_Capt@Delta It was not due to fog. It was because delta delayed the flight while they tried to find an alternative route out of NYC. They took too long finding that route and take off happened late enough when combined with flight time we missed the landing curfew in SD
@BruceLeroy123@Delta Unfortunately this did not happen. We were told by flight attendants and delta crew on the ground at LAX just to book through our own account and then submit for reimbursement through their website - claim was immediately denied
