You either die a hero or live long enough to start a podcast.
As many of you know, @joinLeland hosts over 250 free livestreams on different topics every month. From AI, to career tips, to admissions, to everything in between. Hundreds of thousands of people watch those events and it's one of the most fun parts of the platform.
So @MikeMella4, @JakeLingwall, and I decided to get in on the fun. Every week, we go live on Leland and talk about important topics related to navigating careers in a world of AI. We've published 4 episodes now on Spotify and Apple Music, and are going live for our 5th show on Friday at 2pm PT / 5pm ET.
Some of the topics we've covered so far:
- What does the future of knowledge work look like?
- What should students in college optimize for given AI?
- Which jobs are cooked? Is unemployment risk overblown or not?
- What are the actual valuable implementations of AI within companies?
- Will AI make people dumber or smarter?
- How do you keep up when everything is changing super quickly?
- What needs to happen for AI to create a richer better world?
It's been fun to use Leland's livestreaming experience, connect directly with our customers, and explore problems that millions of people are wrestling with.

Introducing... the fastest growing product @joinLeland has ever launched:
The AI Builder Program.
If you are wanting to build agents and automations to be 10x more impactful in your work, you will get a ton of value out of this program. Doesn’t matter if you are feeling excited, behind, overwhelmed, confident, or anything in between, this program is for you.
AI Builder Program (AIBP) Overview
- A 5-Level Program, taught live, online, by leading AI Instructors.
- Each level is 6-sessions, taught over a condensed 3-week period, and focused on tangible impact and progress.
- The program will teach you all the most up-to-date and in-demand tools (Claude Code, n8n, Cowork, and more).
Each level of the program builds directly on the last. By the end of the program you will build workflows, agents, systems that run, self-correct, and improve on their own.
1️⃣ Level 1 teaches you to build AI skills and workflows that automate research, communication, and analysis.
2️⃣ Level 2 is where you build agents and agent teams to help you complete multi-step processes across tools.
3️⃣ Level 3 takes those agents and embeds them in systems that trigger and run on their own.
4️⃣ Level 4 focuses on orchestrating multiple agents in a unified system so they coordinate, delegate, and check each other's work.
5️⃣ Level 5 builds a goal-directed system with memory and self-correction loops.
The program is designed for non-technical knowledge workers of all AI skill levels.
Our next cohorts begin April 21, and will fill up, so we encourage you to join quickly. I have a limited number of discount codes, so if you are interested, shoot me a DM. I recommend starting with Level 1.
P.S. We've also sold several companies and enterprises team access to this program, so if you think your company might be interested, shoot me a DM.
AI is not coming. It is here. And the teams and individuals who adopt it are becoming 10x, 100x, and eventually 1,000x more impactful. The AIBP is just one step in a series of big announcements we'll be making over the coming months to ensure humans are brought along in this AI wave.

Today marks one year since we announced Leland’s Seed round and expansion into new coaching categories.
I can’t believe how much has changed.
Up to that point…
- Our homepage was built on Squarespace
- We were only serving MBA applicants
- No one had ever written about us
- We had a small, but passionate customer and coach base
At this point…
- Our website is not on squarespace 😂
- We’ve helped customers achieve their goals in 30+ categories (despite only being in 15)
- Coaches have made millions through Leland
- We’ve been covered by Forbes, TechCrunch, and dozens of other publications
Hard to believe how far we’ve come, but so excited for what this next year will bring.
I’m sure we’ll look back and realize this was only the beginning.
Meet Edwin — one of the most inspiring people you'll ever hear about.
His story told through his words:
"I am autistic.
I’ve previously told very few people this in private. I’m ashamed to say that I was afraid of telling people about being autistic, especially in a public setting like LinkedIn. Afraid of judgment from others, how it would affect my job prospects, etc.
Throughout much of my life, I had difficulties understanding why certain things that seemed to come naturally to most people - such as social interactions - felt so elusive to me. My diagnosis has given me so much clarity into my life. It’s given me context into so many things - such as why I had to actively learn skills that seemed natural to others, my unique and sometimes intense interests, and why I react the way I do to certain external stimuli and stresses.
I was diagnosed a little over a year ago at age 25. Why am I posting this now?
To help promote understanding and acceptance of autism and neurodiversity, even in a small way."
And now, Edwin is joining the @Wharton Class of 2025 this Fall.
In his announcement post he shared:
"I felt there was no better time to deliver the news than during Autism Acceptance Month - my decision to pursue an MBA is intricately tied to my neurodivergence. I look forward to building on my experience so I can more effectively create change for the neurodiverse community."
Edwin, we're so proud to have you in the @joinLeland community and know you will do amazing things at Wharton and beyond.
