Worst service experience ever. I was an Airtel Black customer and requested separation of my WiFi & SIM. Paid all unbilled dues and completed the process.
10 days later, both services got suspended. I’ve already paid ~₹5,000, yet services are still inactive with no explanation.
@Airtel_Presence I have already shared all details via DM regarding my ongoing billing & service suspension issue, but there has been no response. This is extremely unprofessional. Please respond urgently and resolve this matter.
Small plans have been removed, affordable plans are hidden, data plans are being forced, and prices have increased multiple times. Yet @TRAI is still sleeping. TRAI is one of the most useless departments in India.
I've shared multiple videos and explanations — no fix, no real help, no escalation.
All my data is with Proton: email, files, passwords. I'm not asking for anything free — just fairness and support.

Just tagging @dominos_india for checking their staff how their staff behaves with customers very disappointed to see that this big company's staff denied to deliver the order but the order was successful and already paid.
