I think many of us are feeling an increasing urgency to know how we’re meant to contribute and to understand the unique role we’re being asked to play in this pivotal moment in history. And I understand that desire. I feel it too.
But under this Full Moon, I believe the medicine lies in allowing ourselves to grieve the uncertainty.
Let yourself mourn the loss of the map. Let yourself feel the ache of not knowing. Let yourself be human inside a collapsing system.
Clarity will come. The fog will lift. But until it does, you don’t have to force yourself to have it all figured out.

You’re allowed to be in between.
You’re allowed to just be.

I’m Holding Gaza in my heart always. Holding the Sudan in my heart always. Holding the Congo in my heart always.

Thank god the systems that have enabled such devastation in those areas are beginning to crumble all around us.
