@Lars We love San Gimignano (in Tuscany). There’s a vineyard nearby where you can rent an apartment or house (San Fabiano Calcinaia). Easy day trips to Sienna (a must see) and Florence. Poggibonsi is nearby and also lovely.

@Lars There’s a chef in the area who, once a month, cooks a whole cow for around 20 people for a tasting menu dinner - no menu, all the beef. It’s so much fun!!

@KatrinaKibben We have our own offices, and that provides some separation during the day, but I am NOT a snuggler and get woken up easily. Separate beds / bedrooms might be a great idea for us!! Can’t believe I never thought of it. Huh.
