Carers allowance increased by £2 only. £2. £69.70 a week (and its taxed). Based solely on working the minimum of 35 hours a week - that’s £2 an hour. £2 an hour! Most are working in excess of 100 hours a week that’s 70 p an hour. 160 hours a week and it’s less than 50 p.🧵
