Even after paying for 100 MBPS. Now since last 3 days, they have been saying we will visit and repair but no body has visited yet. Customer care everytime comes up with a new plea which seems to be a blatant lie. Very very unfortunate and pathetic service

@wefeinternet absolutely pathetic service and more pathetic customer care service. Even after complaining since last 21 days, customer case has been refreshing the connection and goes back to same old issue after 15 minutes with no internet or 1MBPS with intermittent connection

I had requested for an Aadhar address update on 18th December, 2024 with request number - S1333621135000.

However even after 4 months, my status is still showing as validation in progress. Please go ahead and cancel it. This is highly frustrating.

@vijayshekhar Paytm sucks once again. Having 2k balance in wallet but FASTag is showing black listed. Customer support providing a useless reason saying balance is low then changed it to fast tag has been deactivated since March 14. Irony is it was working yesterday

@Paytmcare @Paytm I had to pay double amount at the toll plaza through cash, even after having 2k balance in my wallet. Will @vijayshekhar directly transfer the amount to my account which I had to pay due to utter negligence and irresponsible management of fast tags by Paytm
