Sensei @wuuson is an @AgatsuFitness Level 2 Kettlebell Instructor. What does it take? Well, a minimum score of 75% on:

10 pistol squats per leg
100 snatches using a 24KG bell
35 jerks using 24KG bells
15 pull-ups
3 minute bridge
10 toes to bar
15 ring push-ups

@PtboExaminer I can't believe you would actually print this as an opinion. Have you asked the police if the amber alerts work as they have been using them? Who are the people complaining about these alerts? These are to help find missing children!

@PtboExaminer The onus isn't on the police to make sure people are asleep. Their job is to make sure children are found safe. If people are sleeping with their phones turned on beside them, they should expect to maybe be woken up if they recieve any notifications.
