@NGKabra@mukulneetika That’s a personal choice. Organisations can’t and shouldn’t dictate that. Even if they don’t use those hours to do something better, they still end up saving energy, money and are less prone to burnouts.
Covid was a great example where projects were executed working from home.
@mukulneetika@NGKabra WFH is way better than spending 2-3 hours/day in Pune traffic traveling to office. Time waste + fatigue + travel cost.
In fact WFH gives the liberty to use those travel hours to work more and/or do something better like workout and spend time with family.
