How do I make a complaint about a driver where I have to tidy up after his incompetence
My neighbours will make their own separate complaints. Appears many in our locality too
@AmazonUK seriously is this acceptable? Three parcels for residents in my building left next to our wheelie bins. No attempt to ring any of the 15 doorbells or even leave by a front door

@HiltonHotels disgusting customer service from your London Bridge team. The room cleaner threw away a reusable mug claiming I’d put it in the bin! Teach your staff to be honest

@_AngelLady_@InPostUK I’ve been there before when the driver arrives and rather than let me add my parcel he spitefully empties the lockers in front of me, fills them up from the van and laughs when there’s none left for me to drop mine off - all when he could simply say add yours quickly
@InPostUK You’ve been giving this same cut and paste response for years now! YOUR driver fills the locker up every morning so no one can drop off any parcels until they’re collected. Why is no one monitoring this and thinking we really should add more lockers instead of losing customers
@InPostUK Yes I know where to look them up!!! But I’m not prepared to walk 45 minutes each way to find the next closest lockers
Do something about it!!!
@InPostUK another post asking for more lockers in Bristol after traipsing around to find they are all full. Keep up with demand before @vintedUK users turn it off as a delivery option to avoid wasting time
