Dear @Flipkart@FlipkartSupport
Why are customers being charged a тВ╣9 "Platform Fee" for cancelled orders?
I paid тВ╣189, but after cancellation, you only refunded тВ╣180. The platform fee is NOT refunded! If no service or product was delivered, why are you keeping our money?Unfair
@flipkartsupport Unfair fees + Zero human support = Flipkart's current strategy. It's frustrating to deal with automated bots that solve absolutely nothing. I am stopping all my orders with you immediately. Consumers deserve better than this! @FlipkartSupport

@flipkartsupport Your help center is nothing but a loop of useless, templated bot replies with zero human accountability. Charging arbitrary platform fees and providing pathetic customer support is pure exploitation. I am officially done purchasing from Flipkart. Goodbye! ЁЯСЛ #BoycottFlipkart
@flipkartsupport The platform fee was charged on my Order As a customer, I am facing issues and your help center is only providing templated bot replies instead of connecting me to a human support executive. Please reverse the fee or escalate this to a senior manager immediately.
@SavaariGaadi@Flipkart@flipkartsupport Sahi me! Loot macha rakhi hai. Bina koi service diye тВ╣9 rakh liye. Agar lakhon log din me cancel karein toh socho inka muft ka kitna turnover ban jata hai
@PrinceK30074788@Flipkart@flipkartsupport The screenshot shows Amazon Pay UPI transactions, but the payment was made TO Flipkart. It clearly shows 'Paid to Flipkart' and 'Received from Flipkart'. The тВ╣9 fee was kept by Flipkart.
@Aashish3105@Flipkart@flipkartsupport "Ye Flipkart ka naya business model hai: 'Kuch mat becho, bas cancel karo aur тВ╣9 kamao!' Sasta aur tikau scam. ЁЯТ╕ЁЯУЙ"
@Rakita_IND@Flipkart@flipkartsupport "That's incorrect. It's not a 2% gateway charge; Flipkart explicitly calls it a 'Platform Fee'. If it were a payment gateway charge, the bank or payment processor would keep it, not the e-commerce platform. Charging a handling fee for an undelivered product is just wrong."
@rise_up_hindu@Flipkart@flipkartsupport "Flipkart taking 'Platform Fee' for a cancelled order is like a multiplex charging you for the AC just because you stood in the lobby and left without watching the movie."
