Just an update to my previous tweets re: Bounce Back Loan @Barclays.........I STILL HAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO APPLY!!!!!! Still trying but still issues with our contact details. We have banked with Barclays for 14+ years and I feel so utterly let down by them. 😰😡🥵

Day 3 and I still can’t get on to the Barclay’s Bounce Bank Loan Page......I am trying to keep my cool but what exactly am I suppose to be doing to resolve this!?! 😡

Day 2, up at 4:45am and still can’t get on to the Barclays Bounce Back Loan page! Have tried three different browsers now on three different computers. Feeling totally deflated and drained!

@BarclaysUKHelp You have missed my point here, we are based in a small rural village and where we used to travel 9 miles to our local branch, we now have to travel 30 miles to visit a branch costing small businesses even more money.

@BarclaysUKHelp First they close their branches, cut back on services, no help with CBILS and now they can’t cope with Business Bounce Back Loan! Completely let down by Barclays again......thanks for nothing!! 🤬😡🤬
