Roads were pothole/dust free, with proper markings. Proper plantation with wide footpaths.

What is stopping our Government from maintaining roads like this?

I booked ticket for my mom(78 yrs old) , the train had 263 tickets available, gave lower berth choice , but the system allotted an UB !! Imagine the system it can't figure out the age of a person and allocate accordingly.
