@virginmedia It’s a complete joke getting transferred back and forth between pre-installation and field support to then be passed back to another Indian person who keeps apologising and saying they’ll get someone to contact me! 4months!!!!

@virginmedia Several but only get a text message back saying to ring your 0345 number and then speak to someone in India which is about as helpful as you by the sound of it!!!

@virginmedia Have been waiting for an install since November and between yourselves and whatever contractors you use it’s never completed each time! And on the 13th it’s going to be exactly the same when you come to do the inside works the outside works have not been done again!!!
