Hey @Shopify I am trying to speak to someone about a fradulant merchant who's site has been taken down, so your form won't allow me to submit a complaint. Is there another way I'd be able to contact you given there are no emails or forms that would work?
@ShopifySupport I have tried to do that but the website is down, so I cannot get a valid order link. Seriously… have you read any of these messages? How is it so difficult to report something and try and have a conversation with someone.
4th customer service chat to find there’s been issues with Netflix accounts since before Christmas @virginmedia. What an absolute waste of time, money and energy - and also not having services over Christmas. Your service right now is utterly abhorrent for what you charge people.
Spoken to 3 different customer service reps @virginmedia as there is an issue with my netflix account being blocked by them. Each one has a different security requirement, each one telling me different things about my account, each one telling me they can't resolve it. Useless.
Now just to add to the horrific experience with @virginmedia today, after I’ve logged a complaint the form gives me no reference, and when I go to the area to check it, there’s no log of my complaint there. Seriously what is going on.
@virginmedia I mean you can see I've spoken to your team, and what good has that given me? I'm instead lodging a complaint, the level of customer service is the worst I have ever seen it from yourselves.
