Why is Living Streets calling for a maximum 30 seconds wait for the green signal? #BetterCrossings

@StreathamLTN Also it's one of very few pelican crossings in area that works for both pedestrians and drivers. So frustrating how long waiting, and dangerous feeling, crossings are in area. Outside Christchurch and all along Streatham high rd. They need serious reprogramming!
@StreathamLTN This is so important. Improved flow, reduced road rage, vastly better pedestrian experience. When tulse hill ltn first came, I thought that junction should remain an entry point to reduce distances driven. I was so wrong, the improvement to school drop off incredible as a result
