We are currently stuck on a Delta place. Was supposed to land in Maui and got diverted to Kona. Have been stuck on the tarmac for 5 hours, 11 hours total so far on the place. They are out of food and have lied to us every step of the way. Still have no idea when they will let us off the place. Completely unacceptable.
