@seftoncouncil thanks for coming back to me, Church Green ..L37 2LN...we have a pond there and the council look after the cutting of the grass, all the trees and bushes need cutting back as they have not been touched for years, pond used to have a pump but that also stopped working years ago,

@CllrDDutton @FormbyBubble @seftoncouncil I think it has always been a bit of a grey area going back to the house builders and the council all those years ago, but my neighbour who has been there from the start said it was regularly looked after but then all the cuts came in and it was forgotten about

@CllrDDutton @FormbyBubble @seftoncouncil I spoke to Sefton over the lights as last winter they were not working and I was concerned that someone could fall into the pond...I asked them about cutting everything back at the same time and they said they would look into it..they do come and cut the grass during summer
