@rdschaller@narrowQRS@SergioPinski@drjohnm The nostalgia @jonascooperEP and I feel for the mode of knowledge acquisition (the hunt) prompted us to seek/acquire an old Library card catalog for our home. Do you want to know that your pacemaker patient had a run of nonsustained VT in a remote check? I don't. It's never an actionable finding. I propose that pacemaker software stops reporting this. It only creates extra work and liability. @Medtronic@BSCCardiology@AbbottNews
@Ed_Gerst@Dr_JozaEP CTI not blocked, and from second ablation by same doctor in this patient-all 4 veins connected, as was the ‘roof line’ they drew. Also had easily indicible AVNRT somehow missed on 2 prior EP studies…
@Dr_JozaEP Sorry to say it is real, and not unusual for the doc in question. This was just the worst I had seen yet, so sharing not to shame anyone, just to outlet my feelings over it
