So by definition, they are not overpaid.

If the Le suit finds that the UFC had monopsony power, wouldn't it set up the Johnson suit to say when folks signed a waiver they were coerced to.
Maybe the system is just unfair

@heynottheface @BoxrecGrey Not saying that the Saudi's would do this. But it'd be interesting if they just signed the fight and put it in the UFCs court to sue them/burn that bridge. I'm pretty sure that Ari would tell the UFC brass to back down. There's too much Saudi cash for endeavor to play that game.

The problem in MMA is that only one promotion has the monopsony.
