@seandsweeney Because the rents and opex are largely uncorrelated, we always think about expense on a per unit basis, not % of rev. We are around $9k per unit py on opex. Looks like your opex is around $12k per your analysis, which seems high.

@PortlandFor These things are not mutually exclusive! Affordable Housing is and should be a higher priority, but building community through soccer doesn’t take away from housing. In fact the plan we presented for Fitzpatrick Stadium includes a potential parcel for Affordable Housing.
